Heidi Jones
“IN THE MOMENTS WHEN YOU EXPERIENCE DOUBT, REMEMBER HOW YOU GOT WHERE YOU ARE TODAY AND OWN YOUR GREATNESS.”
Heidi is a finalist in the Women’s Health magazine Ultimate Game Changer finalist. This recognition highlights everyday heroes who are contributing to inspire and empower those around them. Heidi is a fitness trainer at Performix House where she programs endurance, high intensity intervals, power and Olympic lifting and gymnastics into her client's workouts. She is also the founder of Sweat To Change, a NYC based workout squad that empowers women through workouts with the proceeds benefitting charities. Heidi is no stranger to that deep mental push. She has been a runner since she was 9 years old, running competitively through a Division 1 college to completing more than 20 marathons, including multiple trips to the Boston marathon and ultimately into ultra-marathoning. To balance out all the cardio, Heidi also has been Cross-Fitting for more than eleven years. Her personal mantra is ‘what would you do if you knew you wouldn't fail?' She takes this deep belief in the power of the human spirit and pays it forward with her clients and her workout squad, Sweat to Change.
