Andy Speer

Andy Speer grew up competing in gymnastics and pole vaulting. As a pole vaulter for the University of Miami, he trained with top strength and conditioning coaches who helped him reach his athletic potential. As a collegiate athlete, Andy gained muscle, confidence and an education in training methodologies that helped him launch his fitness career in NYC. Andy's training resume includes:

  • Top producing personal trainer at Equinox (2008-2012)
  • Appeared in Shaun T’s Asylum 2 and T25 and was the advising trainer for the entire T25 test group and production (2012)
  • Founded and opened Soho Strength Lab (2013)
  • Men’s Health Top Trainer (2014)
  • Created The Anarchy Workout and The Anarchy Abs Workout with Men's Health (2014 and 2017)
  • Joined the Performix Athlete Team (2016)
  • Created video workout content for Reebok, BodyBuilding.com, Performix, Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Elle and Shape
